10 years ago a group of artists, activists and creatives got together to talk about a big idea. A major festival, built by young people, to unite, inspire and empower our own through arts and culture. To bring together the collective brilliance from across the city to break bread, break beats and break new ground. We asked Toronto to stand up. Just look at us now. Join us as we celebrate 10 years at your service. Welcome to Manifesto 10.
